Online Returns Policy
Our 30-day returns process for items purchased in our online shop grants you the time to decide that you are happy with your purchase. If during this time you decide to return your Churchwood online order, we ask that you contact us at info@churchwood.co.uk to arrange this.
We very much appreciate it if you are able to share the reason for your return. This enables us to use your feedback to make improvements, reduce returns and in turn, our carbon footprint.
Once we receive your email requesting a return we will send you the necessary paperwork to allow you to return your order to us, in its complete and original packaging.
We are unable to offer free returns and so the cost of return postage/courier will be deducted from your refund - you will be informed of the cost of this by email. The exception to this is if the item has arrived with damage caused during transit, or if it is not as described (e.g. incorrect sizes detailed when you bought the item), in which case the return will be at our expense. If an item arrives damaged please take photos as soon as possible of both the item and the packaging showing any damage clearly and email them to us so that we can raise it with the courier.
