Townhouse Painted Kitchen with Feature Oak Wall Cabinet

This project just goes to show how made to measure cabinetry can make a smaller space, such as this galley kitchen, work. The carefully proportioned cabinets with beaded doors are built from solid tulipwood and give a period look perfect for this Edwardian town-house.

To avoid boring straight runs, the cabinetry features ‘breakfront’ details to maintain visual interest whilst the end of one run of cabinets extends into the room to form a useful peninsular unit.

The classic colour combination of off-white cabinets and black granite worktops suit the property perfectly, with warmth added from the feature oak wall cabinet and oak flooring.
